Op 2 juni 2022 organiseren de Nederlandse Ambassade in Mexico en Holland House Mexico een kennis- en ontmoetingsdag Zakendoen in Mexico

De strategische geografische ligging, het USMCA vrijhandelsakkoord met lokale content vereiste en de nauwe handelsrelatie met buurland VS zijn slechts enkele van de redenen die Mexico tot een zeer aantrekkelijke zakenbestemming maken. De solide infrastructuur; goed opgeleide, beschikbare en betaalbare arbeidskrachten; en stabiele macro-economie onderstrepen het potentieel. 

Voor Nederlandse bedrijven is het aantrekkelijk om productie en services voor de VS en Canada te nearshoren in Mexico. Maar ook op de lokale markt zijn er sterke groeikansen. Sectoren als agribusiness van horticultuur tot food, offshore energie, automotive en de maakindustrie, en in groeiende mate e-commerce en tech vormen kansrijke perspectieven voor de Nederlandse ondernemer.

on June 2nd the Dutch Embassy in mexico and Holland House Mexico will organize an event about doing business in Mexico.

Thanks to Mexico's geographical location, the USMCA trade agreement and a close trade relationship with The USA, Mexico is the ideal country to expand to. Besides, Mexico has a solid infratructure, well educated and cheap workforce, and a stable macro economical situation.

It is attractive for Dutch companies to nearshore production and services for the US and Canada in Mexico. But there are also strong growth opportunities in the local market. Sectors such as agribusiness from horticulture to food, offshore energy, automotive and the manufacturing industry, and increasingly e-commerce and tech offer promising perspectives for Dutch entrepreneurs.
