We cordially invite you to join an online transmission of the conference, where experts and successful Women invited by eight bilateral Chambers of Commerce will meet to discuss how women change the face of business and what does it mean to invest in times of rising inflation.
There will also be a motivating workshop and the whole event will be closed with a panel in which guests will share inspiring stories from their lives and business. De Laser World of Photonics in München is de grootste en belangrijkste Europese beurs op fotonicagebied.
Europa, waaronder zeker Duitsland, is een belangrijke afzetmarkt. Daarom zal PhotonicsNL onder de Holland High Tech branding een Holland Paviljoen neerzetten, met een deelnemersveld uit de hele waardeketen, voor zowel optica, fotonica als geïntegreerde fotonica. Op deze manier zal maximale zichtbaarheid te gegenereerd worden. Voor zowel start-ups als meer gevestigde MKB-bedrijven zal er ruimte gecreëerd worden om zich te kunnen exposeren.
Naast een netwerkgedeelte op het Holland Pavilion zullen er diverse andere (netwerk)activiteiten worden georganiseerd, waaronder het geven van pitches, een netwerkontbijt en bezoeken van en naar de andere EU fotonica clusters.

We have the pleasure to invite to a business breakfast in Poznań:
4-day work week. Fantasy of rich companies or a new reality?
The experience of the pandemic forced a change in the approach to time management in companies and in many cases a switch to remote or hybrid work along with the reorganization of work schedules.
This persuaded many experts and managers to consider going a step further and shorten the working week. Ideally to 32 hours in an average four-day working week.
Together with partners of the event: Déhora Polska and Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm, we will discuss whether the idea of a four-day working week is our near future, or is it just a temporary whim of wealthy companies? What are the arguments for reducing working hours and what else do we need to consider when we want to make such a change? How does it work in practice? Is the Labour Code ready for such a radical change?
The invitation is addressed to all interested entrepreneurs, including in particular business owners, managers and persons responsible for personnel policy.
